Help Submitting Codes
If you experience a “Code Error” while submitting a ticket code, try these troubleshooting steps:
Each time you submit a ticket code, a record of your entry appears on your Account History page. All of your entries appear on that list for your information and reference, so you can check the list against the tickets you are holding.
A valid code may be entered into the Kansas Crossword second chance promotion only one time. Please visit your account history to view codes that have been successfully submitted. Tickets submitted through the website cannot be submitted again on the Kansas Crossword mobile app and vice versa.
How do I find out if I am a winner of the second chance drawing?
After you have entered your ticket code and have received your entries for the second chance drawing, check the “winners” page to see if you won the monthly drawing. All winners will be notified via email. See rules for draw deadlines, announcement dates and times.
Anyone at least 18 years or older, that legally purchases a #640 $100,000 Crossword scratch ticket from a licensed Kansas Lottery retailer may participate. Anyone age 18 years or older may Play for Fun for free as long as they are a member of PlayOn. You must be a member of PlayOn to participate in both the Play for Fun and Play for Prizes crossword games.
